ResNexus awarded Expedia Group 2025 Preferred Partner Status

Choosing the right partners for your property can directly impact your bookings, visibility, and day-to-day operations. Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Expedia play a major role in how travelers discover and book lodging, which is why reliable technology connections matter. ResNexus is proud to have been named as a preferred partner with Expedia Group.

Understanding Expedia

Expedia Group is one of the largest OTAs in the travel industry. Its network includes more than 200 websites and native apps, and it is distributed through approximately 90,000 travel agencies and corporate travel partners worldwide.

For lodging businesses, this reach provides access to a large audience of travelers actively searching for accommodations. Listing on Expedia can help properties increase visibility, attract new guests, and fill rooms during slower periods.

What Expedia Preferred Partner Status Means

ResNexus has been recognized by Expedia Group as a 2025 Preferred Partner, a designation awarded to a select group of connectivity providers that meet strict technical and performance standards. Expedia Group evaluates partners based on reliability, data accuracy, system uptime, and their ability to help lodging partners grow bookings across Expedia platforms.

For business owners, this status confirms that the ResNexus–Expedia connection is built to maintain high-quality integrations and consistent data synchronization. Rates, availability, and restrictions are shared accurately across Expedia Group channels, helping reduce booking errors, minimize manual work, and support smoother day-to-day operations.

Managing Expedia listings with ResNexus

Managing OTA listings manually can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Through its direct connection to Expedia Group, ResNexus allows business owners to share rates and availability from a single system automatically.

This reduces the need for manual updates, helps prevent overbookings, and streamlines daily operations. The Preferred Partner status reinforces that this connection is both reliable and designed to support long-term growth.

At ResNexus, our clients' security is our top priority. We maintain PCI- and GDPR-compliance to a high standard, and employ a third party to audit our system and operations on an annual basis to ensure the safety of our customers' data. Despite all of our precautions, there are some security threats that are outside our control. In today's interconnected world, we are witnessing a concerning rise in phishing attempts that threaten the safety of web users everywhere. Phishing is a devious tactic used by cyber criminals to trick individuals into divulging sensitive information such as passwords, financial data, or personal details. The ultimate objective of phishing is to steal money and information.

Streamline, one of the major vacation rental property management systems, is preparing to replace three other well-known platforms: LiveRez, LMPM, and VRM. By July 2026, all properties currently managed on these platforms will be transitioned to the Streamline system. This means that property managers and owners using LiveRez, LMPM, or VRM will soon need to adapt to a new software environment, with different workflows and features than they may be accustomed to. In addition, some operators may see an increase in price. The move affects a wide range of businesses in the vacation rental industry, with many owners and operators left wondering if Streamline is the right fit for them.
