What is GDPR Compliance?

GDPR is short for General Data Protection Regulation, which is a European privacy law that went into effect May 2018.

This law contains regulations that requires companies, government agencies, non-profits, and other organizations that sell goods, services or collect and analyze data of people in the European Union to gain customer permission before they share or store customer data.

ResNexus has complied with the foundational principles of GDPR from 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant. ResNexus uses permission-based marketing right from the beginning. Each customer chooses to opt-in by entering their information, which protects you from any GDPR noncompliance issues.

How does GDPR affect my business?

Businesses and other organizations are required to protect and respect the personal data of their European Union customers by ensuring that the information collected was obtained legally and with the consent of the customer. ResNexus does not sell clients or client's customer information. Information that is shared with partners is for transactional purposes to complete a customer approved purchase.
